Commissioning a custom-made piece of furniture is more than just a purchase—it’s an experience. Together, we’ll create a piece that perfectly fits your home, style, and needs. Here’s what you can expect throughout the process:

1. Consultation & Personalization
We’ll start with a conversation about your ideas and vision for the piece. To fine-tune the design, I may send you a questionnaire to better understand your preferences. You’re also welcome to visit my workshop to explore timber samples and customize your design in person.

2. 2D/3D Models & Virtual Reality
To help you visualize your piece, I’ll provide 2D and 3D models, along with a virtual reality tool. This allows you to see how the piece will look and feel in your home before it’s made, using your phone or browser.

3. Estimate & Quote
Once I have all the details, I’ll send an estimate. If you’re happy with everything, I’ll provide a final quote, and a 50% deposit will secure your order.

4. Progress Updates
Throughout the process, I’ll keep you updated on the progress of your piece via WhatsApp, Viber, or iMessage. If you want to be more involved, feel free to visit the workshop and see your piece taking shape.

5. Delivery & Final Touches
When your piece is complete, I’ll deliver it directly to your home. It will be finished with a natural, VOC-free, and toxin-free protective coating, making it not only beautiful but also safe for kids and food contact.
