Born in 1992 in Serbia, my journey of self-discovery began as soon as I completed my studies. I embarked on an adventure of working and traveling around the world, which led me to find my other half, Vânia, who is now my wife. Together we decided to settle down in Portugal, start a family, and combine our backgrounds—my mechanical engineering expertise and her art studies into a shared passion for designing and creating.

We started back in 2020 with simple projects, gradually investing in machines, tools and equipment, and by 2023, we had achieved our dreams: raising two wonderful children, acquiring a countryside property, and building a dedicated studio for our craft. Together, we decided to fully commit to our vision, continuously growing, learning, and building not just furniture, but ourselves and a legacy our children will be proud of.

Our mission at Lavi Design Studio is to create unique, solid wood pieces that blend artistry and functionality, transforming spaces into true reflections of personal style and soul.
